We are currently experiencing a bug with the shopping cart in our shop.
Unfortunately, some customers are unable to see their shopping cart after adding a product. In this case, you will not be able to complete your order. Until our web shop provider has fixed the problem, there is a simple, temporary solution for you:
Please open the webshop in a private browser window
and put the deired item in the shopping cart.
- Google Chrome: Open the menu (⋮ in the top right corner) → select “New incognito window”.
- Mozilla Firefox: Open the menu (☰ in the top right corner) → Select “New private window.”
- Apple Safari: Select the “File” menu → Select “New private window.” Or: Click on the icon at the top left of the URL, "Website settings", then "Activate content blocker". Don´t ask why this works. ;-)
